Lost Email.

There is an email that I need to send, but I simply cannot remember what it is about. I've scoured my mind for the possible cause, and I scrubbed the list of team members, no help.

When was it that I told myself I had to do it? This afternoon on the shuttle. When my boss was conversing with a guy on the accounting team. Red, yellow, black. No help. It has nothing to do with payments. The external consultants maybe, but I've crossed everything that I had to do there.

The weather was a half and half. Dark gray clouds pressed the feeble blue sky. I brought an umbrella. The weather app did tell me there would be a thunderstorm. Humid and a little bit annoyingly hot. But the office was full-blown with AC, as if the coldness of the cave can stimulate one's spirit.

After the rain, earthworms climb out from the dirt to breathe. Subways however, still run underground. There were more homeless sitting for shelter. A 50-ish black woman on the entrance stairs at Times Square, scattered used toilet paper rubbed the floor. What comes to mind?

The lost email. The low car ceiling of the shuttle. The black interior decor. The 3:45am digits. My mind has hid it too well.
